Revive: importing an old lead list the compliant way
Revive
Revive imports an old lead list. Only rows whose consent you can prove become callable; everything else is quarantined with its reason, or captured for a compliant email re-permission. Nothing on the list is dialed on faith.
Upload a list
- Prepare a CSV with this exact header:
first_name,last_name,phone,email,property_ref,consent_source,consent_reference,consent_captured_at. - On Revive, give the batch a name and write where the list came from (kept with the batch forever).
- Paste the file contents into the CSV box and press Import & classify.
What counts as consent
A row is callable only when all three consent columns are filled: where the person agreed to be contacted (consent_source), the record that proves it (consent_reference: a form submission id, a CRM note, a signed intake), and when (consent_captured_at). You are attesting, on your own account, that this person agreed; keep the underlying record. A half-filled consent block is refused, never guessed.
Leave the consent columns empty when you cannot prove it. The lead is still captured and visible, and instead of a call they can receive a single email asking permission to reconnect (turn Database reactivation on in the Account console for that).
What happens to each row
The batch table shows three counts:
- Callable: a complete attestation and a callable phone. These leads enter the follow-up cadence, paced through the full compliance gate on every call; no simultaneous burst of claim windows.
- No consent: captured, visible, never AI-dialed.
- Quarantined: with the reason, by row number, never the row content: incomplete consent, no identity, bad phone, on your do-not-contact list, on a do-not-call or litigator list, a duplicate row, or a number outside the area we serve.
Re-importing the same list does not duplicate leads.
Common problems
- Everything was quarantined as "incomplete consent": the three consent columns must all be filled for a row to be callable, or all empty for a re-permission lead.
- "bad phone": the phone must be a valid ten-digit number.
- The batch never appears: check the header line matches exactly, including column order.
