The weekly "calls worth a listen" text

The weekly "calls worth a listen" text

Once a week, inside your working hours, FirstFiveMin texts you a short list of the calls from the past seven days that deserve a listen, with a first name and the reason. It is meant to save you from reading every transcript: open Calls, find those names, and listen or read those few.

What gets a call onto the list

A call is listed when any of these happened on it:

  • Transfer to you failed: the caller wanted a person and no one on your transfer ladder picked up, or the transfer was not allowed at that moment.
  • Flagged URGENT: the assistant recognized an emergency (see *Emergencies on a call*).
  • Caller sounded frustrated: they repeated themselves, said the assistant was not listening, or wanted a real person.
  • Times offered, none taken: the assistant offered appointment times and the caller took none of them.
  • Two questions your AI could not answer: the assistant looked something up in your knowledge base twice and found nothing; adding those facts under *What your AI knows* fixes it for next time.
  • Contact details not read back: a phone number or email was captured without being confirmed back.

Up to six calls are listed, the ones with the most reasons first. The text names only the caller's first name and the reason; nothing else about the caller leaves your account.

When it arrives

The first time the new week's cron runs inside your working hours, usually Monday morning. A quiet week sends nothing. You get at most one per week.

Turning it off

The text goes to the alert cell on Settings; removing that number stops it (and every other alert). There is no separate switch yet; ask your FirstFiveMin operator if you want one.
