Analytics: response times, funnel and claim performance

Analytics

Analytics is the proof page: every number is computed from your own call and booking records for the window you pick (7d / 30d / 90d at the top). Nothing here comes from a benchmark; it is what happened on your account.

The scorecard

  • Median time to first AI dial: from the lead arriving to the assistant dialing.
  • Median to first AI dial — from the first lawful moment: the same clock, but a lead who arrived at 2 a.m. is measured from when calling became legal, so after-hours leads do not distort your speed.
  • Median to first spoken hello: stops when the lead hears the assistant speak, not when the dial fires. Shown once enough calls carry it.
  • Your lead source's delivery lag: how long your form, CRM or Zap took to deliver the lead to us. Kept separate on purpose; it is your integration's interval, never blended into our response time.
  • Leads dialed within 5 minutes / within 60 seconds, After-hours leads captured, and Appointments booked by the AI backstop.

Print / save as PDF and Download CSV give you the same numbers to keep or share.

Agent-claimed vs AI-handled

How many leads you (or a person on the account) claimed inside the window and how many the assistant handled when nobody could, with the booking rate of each. The assistant is the backstop; this table shows what it recovers.

Claim performance — per person

Claimed, claim rate, median and p90 time to claim, leads the AI rescued, and the change versus that person's own previous period. It is a coaching view, never a ranking. Time-to-claim starts when contact first became lawful, so nobody is penalized for a night lead. Under ten measured claims, the row shows counts only.

Funnel, hours, sources, price bands

The Funnel (leads → consented → dialed → contacted → booked → showed) with opt-outs and no-shows; Dials and connects by hour; By lead source; and By price range when your intake carries a price.

Common problems

  • "No leads in this window yet": widen the window, or check your sources under Integrations.
  • Show rate looks wrong: it depends on you pressing Completed or No-show on the Leads page.
  • The delivery lag shows "withheld": the source's clock ran ahead of ours for some leads, so the lag cannot be measured honestly for them.

Cost per booked appointment, by source

At the bottom of Analytics, type what you spent on each lead source in a month (for example your ads, or a QR campaign you tagged on your FirstFiveMin link) and choose Save spend. We do not connect to your ad accounts: the numbers are yours.

  • Each cost is one source's spend divided by that same source's own leads from the same month. There is no combined figure across sources.
  • A lead counts as booked when it has an appointment at a set time that is confirmed or completed. Cancelled appointments and no-shows are counted in their own column.
  • A month shows costs 14 days after it ends, because leads captured late in a month often book in the next one. Until then it says still maturing, and you can already enter the spend.
  • A source with leads but no spend entered for that month shows no cost, and its leads are counted under the table as leads with no spend entered.
  • Test leads never count.
