Your assistant — what it will do on your behalf
Your assistant collects, in one place, everything the assistant will do when a lead comes in: when it may call, what it says first, how it sounds, what it can answer from, and who it hands a live caller to.
The page is read-only on purpose. Every control that changes any of it lives on Settings, and each row here links to the one that changes it. That is not a limitation — it is why the assistant cannot end up in two different states depending on which page you edited.
When it calls
- Calling on your behalf is On only when the account is active *and* your own AI calling is switched on. Either one off means the assistant places no calls for you. - You get first refusal for is your claim window: the minutes you have to take a lead yourself before the assistant does. Zero means it calls immediately. - Hours it may call is your setting narrowed by the calling law that applies to each lead, in the lead's own timezone. It is shown narrowed, so what you read is what can actually happen — never wider. - Attempts per day is the most calls that will be placed to one person in twenty-four hours.
What it says first
The opening line every lead hears, exactly as it will be spoken. Two parts of it cannot be removed: it identifies itself as an AI, and it says the call is recorded. If you save a greeting without them, the save is refused and tells you which part is missing.
How it sounds and what it knows
The voice, the kind of business it interviews leads as, and how many facts it can answer from. If a lead asks something outside those facts, it says it does not have that detail and gets them booked with you rather than guessing.
When someone wants a person
The order people are tried in when a caller asks for a human. The first is always your own number. Below it, If you miss a call says what happens when nobody picks up.
