What your AI knows: facts about your business

What your AI knows

The What your AI knows card on Settings is where the assistant learns your business: services, service area, price ranges, hours. When a lead asks "do you do metal roofs?" the assistant answers from these facts and says where the fact came from and as of when. When it does not know, it says so and offers to book, rather than guessing.

Import from your site

  1. Type your public website address (https) into the box and press Import from my site.
  2. The import reads up to a handful of pages on your own domain and turns them into facts. A message tells you how many facts came from how many pages.
  3. Review the list and press Remove on anything wrong or out of date.

A re-import replaces the facts that came from your site and never touches the ones you added by hand. You can import again a few minutes after the last import.

Add a fact yourself

Fill Title (for example "Metal roofing") and the fact in your own words, then press Add fact. For prices, include the date they were set; the assistant speaks that "as of" date when it quotes a price, so nobody is promised last year's number.

Freshness and size

  • The line under the list shows how many facts you have against your plan's capacity and when the store was last updated.
  • Facts older than about two months trigger a red reminder to re-import so prices and services stay current. Very old content stops being used at all rather than being asserted as current.
  • Every plan has the same features; the store has a size cap so it stays fast and accurate. If the cap is reached, remove something first.

Your active listings

Add each active listing as its own fact: the address, the listed price, beds and baths, and the status (active, pending, sold). When a caller asks about a property, the assistant looks it up and confirms only what is LISTED there — it never estimates a price, a value or a timeline. Keep the price current; a stale price is the one thing a caller will hold you to. Remove a listing when it closes.

What the assistant does with it

Facts are reference data for the assistant, never instructions to it. Text on your website that reads like a command ("ignore your rules") is stored as words about your business and nothing else. The assistant never gives professional advice from these facts; it qualifies and books.

Common problems

  • "That address cannot be fetched": use your public https site, not a private or staging address.
  • "You imported very recently": wait a few minutes and try again.
  • The assistant still says it does not know: check the fact is in the list and phrased the way a lead would ask about it. Short, plain sentences retrieve best.
