Several businesses, one login: the business switcher

Several businesses, one login

A business is an account: its own name, phone number, calendar, transfer ladder, industry and plan. If you run two businesses, you keep two accounts, but you sign in once.

Switching

When you belong to more than one business, a Business menu appears at the bottom of the left column, under your name. Pick another business and the page reloads inside it. Everything you see and change from then on belongs to that business only: its leads, its calls, its settings. The other business is untouched until you switch back.

Switching does not sign you in again. If a page had asked you to confirm your password for a sensitive change, it will ask again just as it would have before the switch.

Adding a business

The owner of an account can open Add a business from the same menu, enter the new business name and press Create and set it up. The new account opens its own setup wizard at the first step. It is unpaid until you choose a plan for it; you can set everything up first, exactly as with your first business.

Good to know

  • Sign-in with Google or Microsoft stays attached to you, not to a business; it works for every business you belong to.
  • Each business keeps its own numbers, working hours, knowledge base and integrations. Nothing is shared between them.
  • Only the account owner can add a business.
