The lead arrives through Follow Up Boss's own lead path, so your Lead Flow rules and automations still run. Each call's outcome, a short note and the texts are added to the same person. Call recordings are never linked there.
An appointment FirstFiveMin books appears in Follow Up Boss, and is removed there if it is cancelled.
