When you submit a contact form for FirstFiveMin, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email, and the details of your inquiry (for example the property or service you asked about).
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry: to call or text you about what you asked for, to schedule appointments, and to keep a record of your consent. If you gave consent, an automated AI assistant — which always identifies itself as such — may call you on behalf of FirstFiveMin.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or tell us to "stop calling" during any call and we stop calling too. Reply HELP for help.
Mobile opt-in data (your number and your consent to receive messages) is NOT shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share data only with the service providers that make the communication possible (telephony, messaging, email), and only to deliver it.
If you connect your calendar, we access it only to run your scheduling. We read your calendars' free/busy intervals so the assistant never offers a time you already have taken — this tells us only that a time is busy, never what the event is. When an appointment is booked, we create that event on the one calendar you chose, and if it is cancelled we remove that same event. We do not read, edit, or share the contents of your other calendar events, and we do not share any calendar data with third parties. Your calendar connection tokens are stored encrypted. If you disconnect a calendar, we delete its tokens and the busy intervals we had cached from it; you can disconnect at any time from your calendar page.
We keep your consent record and communications as compliance evidence. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
